Event Bartending Packages
Boozy Barkeeps currently only offers open bar options. All alcohol must be purchased by the consumer for private events. We assist you in choosing your liquor and quantity, as well as complete pickup for no added cost. Contact us for more details or more information about Maryland and Harford County Liquor Laws.
Basic
Basic Bartending Package includes:
- One bartender
- Access to a pop-up bar and all necessary equipment
- Cocktail napkins, straws and cups
- Limited Beer, Wine, Mixed Drink Services
- Personalized Menu

Premium
Premium Bartending Package includes:
- Two bartenders
- Access to a pop-up bar and all necessary equipment
- Cocktail napkins, straws and cups
- Mixers
- Beer, Wine, Mixed Drink Services
- Specialized cocktails with a personalized menu
- Choice of Mocktail

Non-Alcoholic
Bartending Package includes:
- One bartender
- Access to a pop-up bar and all necessary equipment
- Cocktail napkins, straws and cups
- Specialized mocktails with a personalized menu

Personalized Cocktail or Mocktail Tasting
Bartending Package includes:
- One bartender
- A pop-up bar to showcase what comes with packages
- A tasting menu that is predetermined with you
- Bartender assistance with planning a future event menu
- 6 total drinks provided

Event Coordinator
Coordination Package includes:
- One in-person and one video meeting for pre-planning
- Setting up tables, chairs and linens
- Putting up any decorations
- Giving final payments to event staff
- Coordination with venue on cleanup
- Assistance with event schedule

Which Package is Right For You?
Event Size
For any event up to 70 people, we recommend one bartender. A second bartender will is necessary for about 70-140 people. More bartenders will keep lines shorter and allow everyone to spend more time on the dance floor!
Event Type
No matter what we are celebrating, the event can be both affordable AND have special touches. By reserving the Basic Bartending Package, you can keep the menu simpler, allowing your guests to stick to your chosen classics. This would be a more affordable option for smaller parties. The Premium Bartending Package comes with a second bartender at no extra cost, as well as no limit to what types of alcohol can be provided. Mixers are also included at this level, as well as access to personalized cocktails. The Non-Alcoholic Package is perfect for pre-prom events, Sweet 16 parties, or a fun event for sober attendees! As all drink ingredients are included, price will depend more heavily on number of participants.
Should I do a Cocktail or Mocktail tasting?
Why not? A perfect bridal party event, or even a fun girl's night option, this is a perfect chance to getperfect your event menu in a fun way! The package starts with two people, and is an extra 20$ per person. The package includes your choice of five separate drinks, either from our personal menu or your own recipes.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Boozy Barkeeps requires a 50% deposit of your final sum in order to reserve your date. We require cancellations at minimum 10 days before your event date to recieve a full refund of deposit. Cancellations at minimum 5 days before will only be refunded 50% of any payments made. Final payments to meet total sum are required by the day of the event, and can be taken in cash, check or venmo.
